Get to Heaven Keep the Seven

Everybody wants spirituality. To be a good person means to walk in G-d's ways. How does that translate to reality? The only guidebook to spirituality that has stood the test of time is the Hebrew Bible. The Bible says that the Jews will be a light onto the nations. But if you are not a born Jew, you have to convert, which is not so easy!! If you do convert, it is a lot of work to be a Jew (three times a day prayer, keeping kosher, observing the Sabbath).

This blog will show you how to be Jewish without the work!!

Krakow and traditionally known as Cracow, is the second-largest and one of the oldest cities in Poland. On the Vistula River in Lesser Poland Province, the city dates back to the 7th century. Kraków was the official capital of Poland until 1596 and has traditionally been one of the leading centers of Polish academic, economic, cultural, and artistic life. Cited as one of Europe's most beautiful cities, its Old Town was declared the first UNESCO World Heritage Site in the world.

The city has grown from a Stone Age settlement to Poland's second-most-important city. It began as a hamlet on Wawel Hill and was reported as a busy trading center of Central Europe in 965. With the establishment of new universities and cultural venues at the emergence of the Second Polish Republic in 1918 and throughout the 20th century, Kraków reaffirmed its role as a major national academic and artistic center. The city has a population of about 770,000 today, with approximately 8 million additional people living within a 100 km (62 mi) radius of its main square.

After the invasion of Poland by Nazi Germany at the start of World War II, the newly defined Distrikt Krakau (Kraków District) became the capital of Germany's General Government. The Jewish population of the city was forced into a walled zone known as the Kraków Ghetto, from which they were sent to German extermination camps such as the nearby Auschwitz, and the Nazi concentration camps Płaszów. However, the city was spared from destruction and major bombing. It was Auschwitz I wanted to see and hence my trip to Poland.

Jewish Population of Krakow

The first recorded presence of Jews residing in Krakow dates from the early 13th century. 55,515 Krakow residents identified themselves as Jews in the Polish census of 1931; on the eve of the war, some 56,000 Jews resided in Krakow, almost one-quarter of a total population of about 250,000.

By November 1939, the Jewish population of Krakow had grown to approximately 70,000. This increase reflected the concentration of Jews who fled or were driven from the countryside into the city and its suburbs, and the arrival of Jews deported east from the District Wartheland (a part of German-occupied Poland that was directly annexed to the so-called Greater German Reich).

German Occupation of Krakow

Upon the German invasion of Poland, the German army occupied Krakow in the first week of September 1939. The German military authorities initiated immediate measures aimed at isolating, exploiting, and persecuting the Jews of the city. On October 26, 1939, that part of German-occupied Poland which the Germans did not annex directly came under the rule of civilian occupation authorities under the leadership of Hans Frank, the former legal counsel to the Nazi Party. Appointed Governor-General by Adolf Hitler, Frank established his headquarters in the Wawel Castle in Krakow, which the Germans designated as the capital of the Generalgouvernement. On Frank's staff was SS General Friedrich-Wilhelm Krüger who as Higher SS and Police Leader commanded all SS and police personnel stationed in the Generalgouvernement.

Like elsewhere in the Generalgouvernement, the German occupation authorities required Jews in Krakow city and the surrounding areas to report for forced labor (October 1939), form a Jewish Council (November 1939) identify themselves by means of a white armband with a blue Star of David to be worn on the outer clothing (December 1939), register their property (January 1940-March 1940), and to be concentrated in ghettos (September 1940-March 1941).

Krakow Ghetto

In May 1940, the Germans began to expel Jews from Krakow to the neighboring countryside. By March 1941, the SS and police had expelled more than 55,000 Jews, including refugees from the German-annexed District Wartheland; about 15,000 Jews remained in Krakow.

In early March 1941, the Germans ordered the establishment of a ghetto, to be situated in Podgorze, located in the south of Krakow, rather than in Kazimierz, the traditional Jewish quarter of the city. By March 21, 1941, the Germans had concentrated the remaining Jews of Krakow and thousands of Jews from other towns in the ghetto. Between 15,000 and 20,000 Jews lived within the ghetto boundaries, which were enclosed by barbed-wire fences and, in places, by a stone wall. Streetcars traveled through the ghetto but made no stops within its boundary. The Germans established several factories inside the ghetto, among them the Optima and the Madritsch textile factories, where they deployed Jews at forced labor. Several hundred Jews were also employed in factories and forced-labor projects outside the ghetto. Among the businesses utilizing Jewish forced laborers was the firm German Enamel Products (Deutsche Emalwarenfabrik), owned by Oskar Schindler, located in Podgorze, and later moved to Plaszow.

The Germans deployed Jewish forced laborers on construction projects as well, building or repairing bridges, rail track, and an indoor sports complex. Operatives of Operation Reinhard, within the framework of which the SS and police planned to murder the Jewish residents of the Generalgouvernement, arrived in Krakow in spring 1942. The Germans claimed to be deporting some 1,500 Krakow Jews to the forced-labor camp in Plaszow; in reality, the transport was directed to the Belzec killing center. On June 1 and 6, 1942, the German SS and police deported up to 7,000 Jews via Plaszow, where the camp authorities assisted in the murder of approximately 1,000, to Belzec. On October 28, 1942, the Germans deported nearly half of the remaining Jews in the ghetto, approximately 6,000, to Belzec. During the deportation operations, Plac Zgody and the Optima factory were the major assembly points. During the operation, the SS and police shot approximately 600 Jews, half of them children, in the ghetto.

Liquidation of the Krakow Ghetto

The SS and police planned the liquidation of the Krakow ghetto for mid-March 1943, in accordance with the Himmler's order in October 1942 to complete the murder of the Jews residing in the Generalgouvernement, incarcerating those few whose labor was still required in forced-labor camps.

On March 13-14, 1943, the SS and police carried out the operation, shooting some 2,000 Jews in the ghetto. The SS transferred another 2,000 Jews—those capable of work and the surviving members of the Jewish Council and the Jewish police force (Ordnungsdienst)—to the Plaszow forced-labor camp. The rest of the Jews, approximately 3,000, were deported to the Auschwitz-Birkenau killing center in two transports, arriving on March 13 and March 16. At Auschwitz-Birkenau, the camp authorities selected 549 persons from the two transports (499 men and 50 women) to be registered as prisoners. They murdered the others, approximately 2,450 people, in the gas chambers.

After the revolts of Jewish prisoners in the Warsaw ghetto (April-May 1943), Treblinka (August 1943), the Bialystok ghetto (August 1943), and Sobibor (October 1943), the SS guards and their Trawniki-trained auxiliaries murdered virtually all of the remaining prisoners in the Plaszow forced-labor camp between September and December 1943 in several mass shooting operations. The number of Jews murdered by the SS in these shootings is unknown; it may have been up to 9,000. SS and police officials deported the survivors to Auschwitz-Birkenau.

Plaszow Concentration Camp

In January 1944, the SS Economic and Administrative Main Office took over the Plaszow forced-labor camp and converted it into a concentration camp. The SS filled the now virtually empty camp with incarcerated Jewish forced laborers from various smaller forced labor camps in Krakow and Radom Districts and, later in the spring, with Jews deported from Hungary. Among the Jews brought to Plaszow at this time were those forced laborers living near and deployed at Oskar Schindler's German Enamel Products factory.

Since Plaszow also served as a transit camp for the movement of Jewish prisoners from surviving forced labor camps in Poland to camps further west, exact data on the number of Jews whom the SS incarcerated and killed there is not available.

Liberation and Aftermath

Krakow remained the administrative seat of the Generalgouvernement until the Germans evacuated the city on January 17, 1945. Soviet forces entered Krakow two days later, on January 19, 1945.

After the war, some 4,282 Jews resurfaced in Krakow. By early 1946, Polish Jews returning from the Soviet Union swelled the Jewish population of the city to approximately 10,000. Pogroms in August 1945 and throughout 1946 as well as the number of murders of individual Jews led to the emigration of many of the surviving Krakow Jews. By the early 1990s, only a few hundred Jews remained.

Coronavirus Rules Don't Apply to Sharpton's 100,000 Racists March

By Daniel Greenfield

{Reposted from the Sultan Knish website}

ayor Muriel Bowser recently announced that "anyone coming into Washington, DC from a high-risk state" had to self-quarantine for 14 days. Meanwhile the nation's riot capital is expecting a 100,000 man hate march organized by Al Sharpton which includes attendees coming from those high-risk states.

Georgia is on Bowser's quarantine list, but two buses coming from Atlanta and one from Macon are currently listed on Sharpton's National Action Network site. Ohio is on the quarantine list, but there are three buses coming from Columbus. Texas is on the list, but three buses are scheduled to leave from Houston. There's also a bus coming from North Carolina despite its presence on the high-risk list.

The buses for Sharpton's Get Your Knee Off Our Necks march are scheduled to leave on the 27th or 28th of August for a rally that's supposed to take place on the 28th leaving no time for a 14-day quarantine.

Are D.C. quarantine rules going to apply to Sharpton's march or will it be deemed "essential"?

The Sharpton hate rally plans to have participants assemble at the Lincoln Memorial, walking along the reflecting pool, and waiting there for 6 hours before marching to the MLK memorial.

The Get Your Knee Off Our Necks hate rally expects 100,000 participants.

There is no way to safely bring that many people into the area with social distancing while using the Lincoln Memorial as a stage. Washington D.C. guidelines state that people are expected to keep a 6-foot distance from each other. Inaugurations typically feature huge crowds packing into the area.

Getting in 100,000 people with even minimal social distancing requires 15 million square feet of space.

The entire length of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool is only a little over 2,000 feet. Fitting in 100,000 bigots with social distancing would require an area of about 300 football fields.

And that's if none of the racists steps out of their spot over those 6 hours to go to the bathroom.

Passing invalidates the 6 -foot space and would require a 12-foot grid. Calculating that space is left as an exercise for the reader who wants to fall asleep while counting Sharpton's racists instead of sheep.

All of this is irrelevant anyway because CDC guidelines discourage large gatherings.

But the CDC guidelines somehow only seem to come into play when a church or synagogue wants to open up or President Trump wants to hold a rally, yet mysteriously don't apply to Black Lives Matter.

Washington D.C.'s own guidelines state that, "mass gatherings of more than 50 people are prohibited."

Except when it comes to Black Lives Matter.

The Get Your Knee Off Our Necks or the Get Your Virus In Our Lungs rally has only made only one concession to the pandemic which has kept ordinary Americans from visiting dying loved ones in the hospital, attending weddings, funerals, and seeing their children and grandchildren.

The Sharpton hate group is telling participants that they have to wear face masks.

As if face masks would do any good when 100,000 people are packed neck to neck and toe to toe listening to a notorious hatemonger and his allies scream about racism in the late August heat.

Today's D.C. temperature was 96 degrees. And it's not even August yet.

But it's not just Sharpton's National Action Network, a vicious antisemitic hate group feted by every national Democrat from Obama to Pelosi, that's organizing the rally.

Its partners include the American Federation of Teachers.

The AFT, a leftist teacher's union, has attacked President Trump for proposing to reopen schools. It has falsely claimed that Trump's proposals are unsafe and laid out a $116 billion or $2 million per school district proposal that might perhaps allow schools to reopen someday.

Randi Weingarten, the left-wing radical running the AFT, accused Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida of denying that the virus exists. "Teachers now are getting scared," she claimed.

Not that scared.

While the AFT claims that it's too dangerous for teachers to go to work at their schools, it's not too dangerous for them to board buses and drive to Washington D.C. for a packed Sharpton rally.

It's too dangerous for AFT union teachers to teach, but not to scream in a 100,000-person crowd.

Any AFT union members who feel that it's safe to get on board a bus or a plane to head to a mass rally in Washington D.C. can't claim that their opposition to in-person teaching is due to safety concerns.

After this, they should be expected to come to school and do their jobs. Or get fired.

Other unions partnering with the Sharpton hate mob for the Get Your Knee Off Our Necks rally include the American Federation of Government Employees, the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, and the United Auto Workers.

If only Americans had some way of getting the knees of the AFT, AFGE, and AMFSCE off their necks.

Not to mention the American Postal Workers Union which is also joining up with Sharpton's mob.

Considering the role that postal workers play in delivering mail and interacting with customers, if APWU members participate in a potential super-spreader pandemic event, they could infect many Americans.

Sharpton's National Action Network has also partnered with the Eaton Workshop hotel for accommodations for attendees to its racist rally against America.

The Eaton Workshop is a leftist hotel with UN pamphlets in every room in place of bibles, organic mattresses and crystal healing, which was shut down during the pandemic. Behind all the lefty virtue signaling is the Lo family which has links to China's Communist Party and its state-owned enterprises.

A march spreading the China Virus could have no better place to stay than a Chinese Communist hotel.

But the most troubling partner of the Get Your Knee Off Our Necks march, also known as the Commitment March, isn't a union, it's a government agency funded by American taxpayers.

The United States Census Bureau is listed as a leading partner of Sharpton's hate rally.

What does that mean? The Census Bureau may be funding Sharpton's rally as a co-sponsor, with the elite tier of sponsorships starting at $250,000, or it's going to direct employees to participate in it.

Either possibility or both is deeply troubling.

Not only is Al Sharpton a bigot whose hateful rallies have been linked to violence against minorities, but his proposed rally and march would almost certainly spread the virus further in Washington D.C.

As the National Action Network advances a plan to bring 100,000 bigots for an extended rally from high-risk states, in violation of Washington D.C.'s own rules and CDC guidelines, there has been no pushback.

I have reached out to Mayor Bowser's office, but unsurprisingly have not received an answer.

Will the same rules that most Americans have had to live under apply to Sharpton and his Black Lives Matter hate event? Or will the notorious bigot and his racist allies once again be free to do as they please. Are the pandemic rules there for all of us, or are they just intended for ordinary Americans?

Is there one set of laws for all Americans, or are there two sets of books and two sets of rules, with a leftist political elite that is entitled to six-day funeral processions while ordinary people were prevented from attending the funerals of their loved ones, and no weddings, family gatherings, or schools for the rest of us, while unions, Democrats and Sharpton can hold a mass hate rally at the Lincoln Memorial?

Orthodox Jewish group lodges anti-Semitism claim as federal appeals court prepares to hear East Ramapo voting rights case

An orthodox Jewish advocacy group is accusing NAACP lawyers of using "anti-Semitic stereotypes" to advance their voting rights case against the East Ramapo school district.

Agudath Israel of America says NAACP lawyers tapped into an "odious" stereotype when they suggested race — not issues like taxes, school budgets or education policy — is the prevailing concern of Orthodox Jewish voters in the district. "This is an anti-Semitic trope that presumes that Jews have utterly no interest other than the most parochial Jewish concerns," Agudath Israel attorney Nathan Lewin writes in court papers filed last week in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

"It implies that Blacks and Latinos may organize to further their unique interests because their goals are presumed to be virtuous, but Orthodox Jews must be punished and condemned if they do the same," Lewin adds. "This cannot be the objective of a civil-rights law designed to eliminate racial bias in voting."

NAACP lawyers called the claim "baseless" and tried to block Agudath Israel from filing a friend-of-the-court brief in East Ramapo's appeal of a lower court ruling declaring the district's current method for electing its school board is unfair to Black and Latino voters. "Plaintiffs prosecuted this case in order to protect voting rights and oppose race discrimination in the political process in the East Ramapo Central School and Plaintiffs prevailed in showing that the minority citizens of East Ramapo do not have an equal opportunity to participate effectively in the political process," the NAACP lawyers write.

Agudath Israel, which has been defending the rights of Orthodox Jews since 1922, took no position on the merits of the district's appeal. Instead, it asked the appeals court to recognize the "anti-Semitic tropes" in the NAACP lawyers' brief.

The exchange underscored the twin tensions of race and anti-Semitism that repeatedly surfaced during a 17-day trial in U.S. District in White Plains earlier this year and are likely to be on display again Wednesday when the Second Circuit hears arguments in East Ramapo's appeal.

On May 25, U.S. District Court Judge Cathy Seibel ordered the district to abandon its at-large method for electing school board members in favor of a ward or neighborhood-based system that would increase the chances of Blacks and Latinos winning seats on the nine-member board. "For too long, black and Latino voters in the District have been frustrated in that most fundamental and precious endeavor," Seibel ruled. "They, like their white neighbors, are entitled to have their voices heard."

The Spring Valley chapter of the NAACP, represented by the New York Civil Liberties Union and the law firm Latham & Watkins, has consistently used "white" — not Orthodox Jewish — to describe board members who have come to dominate seats on the board for more than a decade. "At the heart of the district court's findings is the understanding, based on a searching review of extensive evidence, that school governance and politics in the District are inextricably intertwined with race and tightly controlled by a white slating organization that is backed by a white voting bloc," they write in court papers filed with the appeal. Krakow Ghetto History
This is the most realistic piece on the history that

I have seen. It is worth watching. It even talks of Roman Polanski who was in the Ghetto.

My brother and I went to Krakow and saw it in person last year. It is still very powerful and still has  a piece of the wall that was erected around the Ghetto. The wall was built by the Germans on Passover with the shape of gravestones on the top to let the Jews know they would not find freedom on Passover but death.

Leading Israeli Entrepreneur Warns Corona Cabinet: New Lockdown Means Mass Layoffs, Economic Collapse

By David Israel

Erel Margalit, a former MK, and leading hi-tech entrepreneur, on Wednesday published an urgent, open letter to Israel's coronavirus cabinet, ahead of its debate over imposing another general closure, and warned that "Another general lockdown will lead to mass layoffs and business closures."

Margalit is the chairman and founder of the JVP Fund, one of the oldest and leading venture capital funds in Israel, which has invested more than $ 1.4 billion in building 140 companies since its inception.

Margalit wrote, "Another general lockdown will lead to mass layoffs, and the collapse of many businesses across the country. Out of responsibility for the fate of hundreds of thousands of families in Israel, small and medium businesses, and hundreds of thousands of unemployed, I call on you, as members of the Coronavirus Cabinet, to oppose the imposition of a closure and to allow the Israeli economy to continue to remain open even during this challenging period, while implementing the necessary adjustments to stop the spread of contagion."

He called on cabinet members to be proactive in taking steps aimed at helping the economy: "Support for small, medium, and large businesses, and for hundreds of thousands of families in Israel – this is the urgent order of the day. This support requires – among other things – running programs to integrate minority ultra-Orthodox and Arab sectors into the labor market, providing incentives, developing new creative business models, reducing regulation, lowering taxation rates, recruiting experts and mentors to stem the financial collapse of families and businesses alike, and build long-term plans to emerge from the crisis."

In 2017, Margalit ran for the chairmanship of the Labor Party, but was knocked out in the first round of voting. He subsequently resigned from the Knesset in October 2017.
