Get to Heaven Keep the Seven

Everybody wants spirituality. To be a good person means to walk in G-d's ways. How does that translate to reality? The only guidebook to spirituality that has stood the test of time is the Hebrew Bible. The Bible says that the Jews will be a light onto the nations. But if you are not a born Jew, you have to convert, which is not so easy!! If you do convert, it is a lot of work to be a Jew (three times a day prayer, keeping kosher, observing the Sabbath).

This blog will show you how to be Jewish without the work!!

Danger Alert

The purpose of danger is to bring us close to the Almighty. Those who use a dangerous event to elevate themselves become closer. Those who fail to do so become further away from Him.

In time of danger, it is against the Torah outlook to peacefully go about your business. Not paying attention and laughing off a situation shows a lack of recognition of the Almighty's involvement in our lives.

I speak from personal experience here. I had several times of danger in my life that were life and death situations. I paid attention that they were messengers from G-d and choose to get closer to G-d. While it is difficult to say that it all ended up OK, they certainly were wake up calls that changed my life.

INTERACTIVE: The Journey of Marco Polo

I really like to travel, hopping from place to place, seeing natural wonders, witnessing what other people have built and wondering how they live. So the great explorer Marco Polo has always interested me, traveling in an age full of exotic mystery. And now I can recreate Polo's adventurous travels by using this incredible map. Passing through Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, China, Mongolia, Myanmar, India and many other nations, you too will see wonders, fascinating people and fabulous architecture, hear poetry, and even learn about how Polo's stories came down to us. Enjoy this adventure of a lifetime!

Instructions: Follow from left to right - the red route and click on the red discs to see spectacular Oriental travel videos. Then follow from right to left - the black trail and click on the black discs to return back home to Polo's Venice.
