It holds inmates imprisoned after being duly convicted of actual crimes. They are held in prisons where they get a bed, medical care, three daily meals, and even continued education. Hamas is holding grandmas, mothers, and children that have done nothing wrong and are being held in unknown conditions that almost certainly do not include regular nutrition or medical care.
